Shipping Policy

    • All orders qualify for free, tracked shipping. We ask to allow 10-14 days for Australia, New Zealand and the USA. 
    • We also offer Expedited Shipping, plus Shipping Insurance, for additional fees, calculated at the checkout.
    • We strive to offer same day fulfilment on most weekdays and Saturday, excluding holidays. If you order Saturday night, or Sunday, your order will be shipped on Monday.
    • Currently we ship to the following countries: Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the United States.
    • If your item is damaged, broken, disfigured, or melted upon arrival, please contact us and we will provide a full refund or return upon reasonable proof.
    • Cancellations must be submitted via email prior to your order being dispatched from our fulfilment centre.
    • If your package is marked as delivered but can't be found, check your mailbox, and you can also call the shipping agent and provide them with your tracking number for more information.
    • MATE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We have no control over your package after it is handed to the carrier. 
    • Please allow for delivery delays during peak order volume. Items that arrive significantly later than expected may qualify for a partial refund, unless notice of delay is given and cancellation options are offered.
